Guideline for Abstract

General Guidelines
  • Abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.
  • Please select the conference (APRAS Congress and/or 29th InaPRAS) for which you wish to submit an abstract.
  • You should only submit work if you, or a designee, are committed to registering for and attending the 29th InaPRAS 2026 Congress
  • Registration is mandatory in the submission process; however, Presenting Author must register for the 29th InaPRAS 2026 Congress deadline, otherwise, the abstract will not be included in the final Congress program
  • Paper or poster presented by one of the authors who has registered by the deadline. The person presenting the Oral Presentation or E-poster is considered as the main author
  • Participant can submit more than one abstract title but can only present one
  • Case report or series, Research or proposal (Cohort-Observasional, Prospective, Retrospective, Experimental Study), Clinical Trial, Literature Review, Systematic Review, and Meta Analysis) are allowed for submission
  • Topic of abstract may include:
    • Craniomaxillofacial (trauma, cleft, and other congenital anomaly)
    • Burn (acute burn, subacute burn, burn scar and contracture)
    • Wound healing (wound care and wound closure)
    • Microsurgery (free flap)
    • Oncoplasty (skin and soft tissue tumor, malignancy, reconstruction surgery)
    • Hand (trauma, congenital anomaly)
    • External genital (trauma, congenital anomaly, external genital surgery)
    • Aesthetic (injectable, minimal invasive, aesthetic surgery)
    • Stem cell / regenerative therapy in plastic surgery field
    • Plastic Surgery Education
  • Abstracts will be peer reviewed and evaluated by the scientific committee and they will be allocated for Research Proposal Presentation Oral Presentation or E-Poster. However, please note, that the scientific committee will make the final decision for the type of presentation. Awards will be also selected by the committee
  • Abstracts cannot contain advertising, trade names, or product group messages. Please use generic names or terms in your abstract content
Information Required to Complete a Submission
  • Title (maximum 20 words) with Capital
  • Keywords (maximum 4)
  • Abstract body (maximum 300 words, including the following sections):
    • Objectives : At least 2 clear and measurable objectives
    • Background : A brief statement on why the study was conducted
    • Methods : The methods of study or experimental approach must be briefly defined
    • Result : A summary of the study results, including sufficient detail to support the conclusions
    • Conclusions : A statement explaining the significance of the study and its implications for further research
  • Authors (maximum 11) Include full names with institution
  • Preferred Presentation Type: You may indicate your preferred presentation type– Oral Presentation or E-Poster – but the Abstract Selection Committee will make the final format determination
  • Disclose conflict of interest and accept terms and conditions. You need to fill the COI form provided in submission => Conflict of Interest / Disclosure Statement page
  • Provide information on whether this paper has been published in a journal or presented in a previous scientific competition
Editing

Abstracts may be edited until the submission deadline. After that, no changes in content or co-authors may be made. Once the review process begins, no changes to submissions are allowed – no exceptions. Please note that any typographical or spelling errors, improperly formatted titles, etc., WILL NOT be edited by anyone at the Organizing Committee. It is the responsibility of the Submitting Author to review and verify all work submitted.

Abstract Selection

Notification of the Abstract Selection Committee’s decision will be sent by August 3rd, 2026 via email to the Submitting Author, regardless of the outcome.
E-Poster or Oral presentation slide guidelines will also be provided via email. Final E-Poster or Oral Presentation must be submitted to the committee by August 24, 2026

Registration/Attendance Requirement

The Presenting Author (Oral or E-Poster) must register for and attend the Congress. Registration must be completed by August 3rd , 2026. If a Presenting Author does not register by the deadline, all accepted abstracts by that Presenting Author will be removed from the program
